Salary is on the lower side for some of the positions. And, management can be a little unrealistic with the sales goals.

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Minpunten

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
