Reactie van Corpay
9moAt Corpay, we deeply value the feedback from our long-tenured employees, even when it's challenging. We take the concerns raised here seriously and are fully committed to addressing them directly.
We understand that the transition from Nvoicepay to Corpay was a challenge, and that some teams were more affected by the process and structural changes. We intended to streamline operations and prepare for growth, but we realize that the pace and execution of these changes caused frustration. Over the past year, we've been actively involving employees in the design of solutions, refining processes, and reducing friction across departments. This approach ensures that improvements are not just disruptive changes, but meaningful enhancements.
The points around compensation and HR accessibility are essential to us. We are actively reviewing our compensation philosophy to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and clarity around pay adjustments. It's also clear that our HR communication needs to improve. We are taking steps to increase responsiveness and strengthen support for employees across all regions.
We are equally committed to strengthening our culture. We do not tolerate unprofessional behavior, and where we identify gaps in leadership conduct or team dynamics, we address them through training, accountability, and leadership development. Culture is built on respect, collaboration, and trust, and while we have work to do, it remains a top priority.
While this review highlights areas where we must continue improving, we are grateful for the candid feedback. It is through perspectives like these that we can evolve, better serve our employees, and build a stronger workplace for the future. We are committed to this journey of improvement and are optimistic about the positive changes ahead.
