Minpunten

Dit is geen plek voor wie op zoek is naar groei. Jaarlijkse salarisverhogingen houden geen gelijke tred met de inflatie en carrièremogelijkheden zijn vrijwel nihil. Zelfs na jaren van hard werken resulteren promoties (als ze al komen) in minimale loonsverhogingen van slechts 3-4%, ver onder de marktconforme normen. HR heeft jarenlang herhaaldelijk gestroomlijnde processen, loopbaanbegeleiding en marktconforme beloning beloofd, maar er is niets van terechtgekomen. Het management verwacht dat medewerkers meer verantwoordelijkheden op zich nemen, maar HR erkent of beloont deze extra rollen niet. Promoties en functiewijzigingen zijn grotendeels voorbehouden aan managers en hogerop, terwijl analisten en junior medewerkers weinig tot geen doorgroeimogelijkheden zien – ondanks dat zelfs directe managers erkennen dat ze meer groei verdienen.
