      They hire recently graduated with no job experience and the desire to learn. If this is your first job, you are going to learn lots of different technologies, be ready. In time you will gain confidence in what you do. Also they will help you get certifications.

      Salary, If you are new to the profession you will have to move from the company if you want more income, yes you will get raises but you will hit a salary cap. That happens to many companies, its a sadly normal behavior.
