Giving back to community, helping a member of the company family when dealing with illness, etc. Provides the tools & resources needed for success. Inspiring & passionate management. If you are an experienced professional, Corus360 is an excellent company to do what you do well. Growing quickly means sometimes making mistakes. Top leadership is comfortable recognizing mistakes & taking responsibility to correct them. Positive environment with good natured jokes and internal competition.

Minpunten

Not a 'Con', just a reality check: If you are brand new to IT, Corus360 does not have a formal training program. Some of the managers have too much on their plate. If you need heavy structure & a process centered workplace, Corus360 is not the best place for you.

The only pro is that you can come and go as you please. Since there’s no leadership, it’s a free for all. Every now and then a shipment of LaCroix water shows up from Amazon. And there’s plenty of alcohol to help fuel the hate and anger.

Where to start? Denver office is overwhelmed by a horrible person who thinks she is everyone’s superior. She’s very fake and has thrown everyone under the bus at some point. There is no communication Leadership. Haha. The “president” shows up about 1 day a month Professional services projects are never complete. Sadly, customers are being taken advantage of Open office, it’s very loud (F bombs everywhere) People are commodities . They disappear Started life as a VAR, probably should go back to doing that. Over all toxic environment, primarily due to the above mentioned person Parent company (Converge) is silent. Nobody really knows what is going on. There are acquisitions all the time and still nobody knows about the company Even though they sell AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc the company doesn’t even use what they sell. Most sales pitches are totally made up. I have seen entire PowerPoint decks created about fake customer engagements in order to convince a potential client to sign. Projects are never actually finished
