Sales associates and store managers are given alot of "busy work". Store managers are given busy work and lots of unnecessary meetings. There seems to be a lack of training in some areas. There is alot of cutting costs rather than prioritizing customers.

You work alone for a few outs Also if you are scheduled Sundays you work alone. Some people come in and steal and it’s scary if you don’t know how to handle the situation. Especially if you are alone Even though you don’t have to deal with the public you do at the same time because some people come in and try to shop even though they don’t have a license.
