Which requires a lot of time and effort for smaller teams. - There has historically been an over-adoption of various software tools that perform similar functions. Management has started trimming the "tech debt" lately, but it can still feel fragmented. - Doesn't always offer the highest base pay compared to other companies, but the benefits like well-being fund, bonuses and more make up for it. - This company has it's hands in many different sectors as an information services company. However sometimes individual teams get a little siloed from the rest of the company.
