Certain govt related business line can be chaotic or messy. Seems to make decision on the go at times and later on change it again. Need to do better on this front.

New vp of North America is shredding the company apart. Firing as many Americans as possible to move in her Ukrainian people. They will low ball your compensation and work you to death. They don’t care about work life balance or even your life in general. Had a colleague work almost 3 years with no raise then was denied a raise after he was promised one! Told people they wouldn’t be fired then fired them 7 days later
