The learning curve is steep, and honestly it made me feel like my past experience elsewhere was quite basic in comparison. Quite fast paced, time passes very fast because there’s always something to do. You’re constantly switching between tasks and campaigns, so it can feel overwhelming at times. Not a place to chill, you need to stay on your toes.

Working here is a fast track to burnout.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The management here is fundamentally broken. Employees are expected to stay until midnight due to poor planning and a total inability to delegate or prioritize tasks. To leadership, "everything is urgent" which actually means nothing is. Supervisors are too "busy" to provide necessary approvals but expect staff to wait indefinitely for them. This is not a place for growth - it is a place for a mental health crisis.
