Management appears to be more concerned with the "hunting, fishing and etc." than with returning customer calls or dealing with problems Owners and upper management have their favorites and its no secret who they are. Don't expect their to be a fair work load, as the :favorites" pretty much sit around and do nothing until its crunch time. No opportunity for advancement unless you are a friend of the owner or upper management.
