      Sometimes the work fluctuates and isn't always steady, but there are always side projects to work on when things are slow. Other than that, I can't think of any other cons.

      The best team I've worked with and dedicated, empathetic people. B Corp certified. Excellent, consultative team and managers, low drama work environment, remote-first work, innovative and focused on professional growth. Employee recognition and amazing support staff. No emotional involvement in your candidate getting hired and no competing against teammates.

      Minpunten

      Commissions are limited and based solely on business development work, smaller team so recruiters can get stretched thin at times, leaning into process improvement is good, but some of the work is more time-consuming than the worth.
