I accepted a temporary customer service position with CRTG. Although my contract was only for a few months, I learned so much from my time there. Sometimes the pace is very fast and directions can quickly change. Not necessarily a con but it might not be for everyone if you have a hard time with interruptions. There was a lot to learn and I didn't have a lot of time to train on things. Can be demanding when it gets busy with customer problems and then getting the helpdesk to fix the problems quick.

You will be recorded on cameras 24/7, you will be told to clock in and record 16 punches daily. This is a company built on teenagers, 30 years in business and not one employee ever stayed more than 3 years. Do not ruin your resume with this place. They’ve lost more clients than they can sign on, trust it’s a sinking ship.
