1.Senior takes hours to reply for any help , because of this your performance will get down , also time taking to solve any issues becomes high. 2.pressure and work load is very high. 3.If we ask any doubts to any seniors they keep passing your feedbacks , soo because of this fresher generally prefer not to ask any doubts. 4.They might hire you as frontend developer and can put you in backend. 5.At end of day teamleader will blame you about in which topics they helped you. 6. They treat fresher as a experienced person and expect more work you can do. 7. If you are fresher and you are taking time in solving issues they will move you to another department. 8. because of All above problems for a fresher its always better to leave that type of company on time . All above facts are real as I was a employee in this company from 17 march-2021 to 22nd march 2021
