The company attracts many young students because of it being the only bigger company in the Kainuu region. It has a shiny outside, gets support from the local city of Kajaani and its university of applied sciences.
Minpunten
Toxic management at its best. Very manipulative. Has not paid certain invoices to third parties in the past and has treated former employees like trash. It's interesting to see one positive review trying to downplay whoever else badly reviewed Critical Force. It suffices to say that this former employee is definitely not alone in having a negative experience at this company.
