      My team and my direct line manager. They are the only real pros working here.

      Minpunten

      The company lacks focus, lacks structure, lacks the AI tech that it sells (its just a software portal that is then serviced by humans in the background). XBS changes directions every 2 minutes and every turn it takes seems to make it more dysfunctional. Its upper management leads by fear. Sales leads are not qualified so you end up being a busy idiot having to justify why you can't sell to a prospect that has no business need or legal obligation. 25% of the workforce was axed without warning due to poor management decisions over time.

      A fast paced environment. But, it helped me in a positive manner. There is no time to get bored. If you love to contribute, learn, and work hard, this is a place for you.
