Upper Level Management, Middle Management, and HR are all extremely deceitful and do not care about their employees whatsoever. The All-team meetings are full of finger pointing between CS and Sales which creates a very toxic work environment. Managers do absolutely nothing to support you and set you up to fail. Everyone is overworked and they do not care how it affects morale. When you bring up concerns to HR, you are completely ignored (parent company is Wiley).
