1. Very poor infrastructure, no place to move around in office, no cafeteria, eat lunch on desk, ac is always broke. 2. Management is too bad not at all transparent office politics 3. Work culture is unpleasant. Orthodox people, gossiping, name calling. 4. Common washrooms 5. System of working is too old school limited resources and high expectations of closings 6. Its not staffing firm its an sales office which sells courses to candidates who apply for jobs 7. Lot of internal issues 8. No salary increments, benefits, incentives. They literally pay very less
