Minpunten
Not paying on time if at all for months. Unstable. Have your savings ready to burn. Petty politics, at every level. But mostly medium to higher layers of management. Leads hire inexperienced staff and never let them go once the damage is done. Promoting people at random, rarely if ever rewarding the people with actual talent, most of the promoted staff leaves within a year. One person will take all the design decisions for the game and bypass an entire Design department, then not being hold responsible for damage done. Shipping bland games guaranteed. Technology is not ahead of the competition anymore.
