One of the worst companies I have worked for. The management appears to lack relevant experience, even at the managerial level. There is little structure, and employees often feel dominated rather than supported. The organization does not follow clear processes or established protocols, which creates confusion and inefficiency. Many team members seem to have limited understanding of the workflows and operational requirements. The work environment feels highly toxic, with significant influence concentrated among a few senior employees who appear to have personal connections to the CEO. This creates concerns about favoritism and makes it difficult to maintain a fair and professional workplace culture. If professional development, skill enhancement, and long-term career progression are important to you, this may not be the right place. There appears to be very limited scope for learning, advancement, or meaningful improvement within the workplace.
