- Employees are friendly, but very dissatisfied with their work-life. Some employees seems very happy and want to fully enjoy life, but you can clearly notice that from inside they are so depressed. I wish they stop living like helpless people and start taking control of their life. Most are good people.

- Company is drowning. All the quality employees that made company good have left. Not a single employee wants to stay in company. - Every 1-2 weeks at least one employee leave company. Then company will lie and hire another employee. That's how they fill gap. -Those employees who are still in company, either they can't find new job, or they are talent-less clowns who are just alcohol and cigarettes addicts. - Company can't get employees interested in working for them at low salary. So, they keep candidates in dark about profile, work-culture and how they exploit employees. It's disgusting that they ruin several lives just to build their company. - company don't appreciate valuable efforts of employees. No matter how much anyone do, it's never enough for them. - Salary always comes late, but employees always get questioned on their integrity when they are late in delivering work due to genuine hurdles. - Company's expectation go far beyond the salary they give. Founder of company wants to buy Mercedes with a budget of 5 lakh rupees. He can't afford NIT, IIT guys, so we hire you and pressurize you to perform like them. But, he won't pay you proportionally for your efforts.
