      Stability, good business model for manufacturing, luxury cosmetics client base

      Minpunten

      European ownership and top spot locally makes communicating US ideas difficult. Chances for advancement are relatively non-existent. Patriarchal Euro bosses are hard to endure. Multi-national workforce precludes and prevents camaraderie overall.

      Great benefits package, profit sharing, 401 K and ROTH Ira offered with company matching, some paid training available. Besides all these, special events, Birthdays gift card wheel for all employees, celebrations a galore including Thanksgiving meal for all employees and an amazing Holiday party. Atmosphere for the most part is collaborative, inclusive, relaxed and fun at times.. Plant is climate controlled and immaculately clean!

      The expectations are high and the work can get intense (as in any manufacturing company).

      My co-workers were very friendly and helpful. The management was opened-minded about ideas I had recommended to optimize the processes in each department.

      Minpunten

      I wish I had more time at the internship in order to learn the various CAD software they had in order to create the packaging.
