      Pay is decent for what the job is, Insurance was pretty good, Flexible schedule was really nice

      Toxic work environment, your coworkers can be very two-faced, upper management likes to breathe down your neck, the workload could be super heavy at times and at others you would be begging for more work to do. Reprimands were never handed down in an equally fair way in the department.

      Employee's concerns were addressed with five other employees counseled and one other employee terminated three months ago. Surprised that this comment appears. Workload varies based on industry and client needs. It is sometimes very heavy and cannot be anticipated.

      Working here is great if you are talented in many areas of expertise but not everyone will feel they can keep up with the fast pace and the many hats you must wear. It’s a small company which has pros and cons

      I retired after 28 years as a Custom Data Solutions IT professional. When I began, I was one of 5 employees. The negative reviews that I see on this page are indicative of some of the growing pains that the company has gone through throughout the decades, but during my tenure I saw tremendous effort put forth by the executives to resolve issues that have been mentioned in the other reviews. The company has a good heart and great people, offers its IT personnel many opportunities for growth and development, and has excellent benefits. The management team and executives are very approachable and excel at making themselves available for any kind of discussion. There is always plenty of innovation and work to be done - which is a strong positive, in my opinion. Be prepared to pull your weight as part of a wonderfully cohesive team.
