      Pluspunten

      Pay was ok. Could take scrap steel if needed. Loads of overtime due to lack of staff. If u like 10 and 18 hour shifts this is the place for you.

      Minpunten

      Nepotism is rampant. If you are not family you are considered an outsider. No heat or air conditioner unless you were in an office. Some supervisors were more qualified for their jobs than others. Some people were only promoted due to lack of better choices. Other people were promoted because of familial ties. The company does not care about its employees only the profits.

      Decent pay and plenty of overtime if you want it.

      Once you hit a certain pay that's it. There is no real options for advancement.

      It's a great place to get killed on the job. It's an absolute stretch to say that they'd ever pass an OSHA inspection. You're not given proper supplies to preform the job, the computer software is from the 80's, and it hardly works. Management is uneducated and hostile. You're working out in the elements 15 hours a day and you never know when you get to go home. Forget about having a life. You're treated like a barn animal. Higher management is not grounded in reality. It doesn't matter if it's a steel processing plant, the way these people operate is downright sadistic and manipulative.
