Pluspunten
There where some pretty smart, and capable people I met during my time there. Out of view of management, a lot of innovative and collaborative work was done.
Minpunten
Hard to blame one area, but overall the structure of the company, processes, micromanagement, lack of strategic focus (all problems were solved with knee jerk reactions at a tactical level), and poor leadership. Never really felt empowered, or given an opportunity to succeed - don't ever feel like anyone really believes in you, use mostly scare tactics to beat performance out of employees. There was plenty of hard work and effort across the board, but when the numbers aren't adding up, and it's not for a lack of trying, something in the model is broken. Turnover has to be a record breaking high as people see the writing on the wall.
