Pluspunten
I’m giving this a full five stars because, day to day, I feel genuinely valued here. Recognition is regular, often quick shout-outs that are timely and motivating, and when it matters, managers follow up with more detailed feedback. There’s a true feedback culture: managers listen and actually act, so feedback turn into improvements. Growth isn’t a buzzword either; I get stretch assignments with the right support, even when I’m new to an area. The trust and autonomy are real, leadership backs smart risks and lets me own outcomes.
Teams are collaborative and low-ego, and people jump in to help without being asked. My work–life balance is the best I’ve had, with far less stress than at previous companies. The business goals are clear, and I can see exactly how my work contributes, which is motivating. I’m encouraged to expand my skills and take on impactful projects, and the culture is inclusive, I genuinely feel I belong. Wins are celebrated, and my contributions to the company’s credentials and growth are recognised. Leadership is transparent, shares regular updates, and genuinely pursues continuous improvement. Overall, it’s the most supportive and empowering place I’ve worked.
Minpunten
If I had to mention a con, it would be that with the company growing quickly, priorities can shift and processes are still catching up but honestly, it feels more like part of the excitement of being in a fast-moving, collaborative environment than a real downside.
