There are some projects that are extremely interesting, but company has intense silos mean that your day-to-day work depends strictly on which project you are assigned to.

Turnover has skyrocketed in the past few months and management seems to be unwilling or unable to make changes that will stem the tide. Salary isn't particularly competitive and work is boring and repetitive -- senior staff who take on additional responsibility are often not supported enough by management, so burnout is felt team-wide.
