Pluspunten
Dedicated smart and sharp people who like to work in a fun environment. Good work/life balance allowed but you need to set boundaries because this company will work you as much as possible (especially if you are viewed to be good at your job). Quality of managers vary but the company is continually trying to improve itself. I have had both good and bad ones and they can make or break your time at DAI. It's employee-owned so you become more and more invested in the company, as a whole, the longer you stay. Great travel and work opportunities available.
Minpunten
At times, people/managers can be unforgiving. You can develop a 'reputation' and if it isn't a good one, then you may find yourself written off and eventually having no opportunities. Often, a person is unaware of their reputation because communication of 'areas for improvement' is not great. They are working on it but it often comes too late and people leave on bad terms (hence there is a group of disgruntled former DAI employees).
