The teammates, the leadership onsite, the work we were able to accomplish and time we spent together building positive environment.

Minpunten

The contest was not renewed. Instead of moving current employees to other roles the company chose to fire them and hire external candidates. The company preaches culture and teach ability that depends on who you are. They chose not to teach anyone, give them a chance and hire other employees. No severence nothing just goodbye

Free parking in garage cool coworkers

Minpunten

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
