Very fast paced. Sometimes it feels like there is little time to catch your breath.

I found Datel to be an overall positive experience. Because it has a smaller workforce, you get to experience a lot of different areas of the business. You become an integral part of the team from day 1. This allows for a much faster learning curve and exposes you to different technologies and types of customers. You can find yourself working with and end user one day, IT Director the next, and the CEO another day. It really helps you grow your professional experience. And the biggest Pro is the team itself. Everyone works together and it is a laid back office environment. It is not uncommon to see a game of darts, 80's Nintendo games or a nerf gun battle.

Because a lot of the positions require being on the phone with customers, work from home was limited. Things tend to move fast, so there can be a lot of tasks and responsibility for one person. If you are looking for the same thing day to day, this may not be for you.
