There are many unprofessional people at every level of the company. There are many practices and mindsets that people held that were at the detriment of the communities they serve. My school leader was openly emotionally abusive and their behavior was never addressed. Some positions are grouped in to pay scales with peers that have no post graduate education nor license. Work life balance was not existent. Depending on your position, you were expected to basically live in that school. Taking care of yourself and setting a boundary was seen as blasphemous.
