Minpunten

Less pay scale as compared to the growing market standards. DCM is not technology savvy, doesn't implement new technologies at work site. Improper hierarchy. At some levels and positions, you may find an employee is not fit to his/her position which disturbes the team integrity.

Extremely good IT Company and has lot of potential for growth., Also its division of one of leading Indian Manufacturing Organisation started in 1889. This is one of few companies which started IT in India (1972)

Minpunten

Around 2006, they sold off Embedded Division to Aricent which had high quality engineers in US & India.
