No team mentality, individuals over the group + passing the buck. - Inconsistent employee performance evaluations, employees who constantly perform poorly or cost the company valued accounts are able to keep their job because they have friends in management. - Workplace is treated like a daycare, employees are constantly being monitored to make sure that they are working. - Emphasis is placed on bringing in money over behind the scenes staff. - Constant cutting results in more work being placed on fewer employees.
