• All IT Technologies are out-dated. • There is no automated process everything you have to do manual even for your leave management. • Almost 80% of the employees are aged literally you cannot imagine how frustrated they are from their own life. • They have 90 days’ notice period which is not negotiable for you but whenever they want they can terminate you or they will create a scene where you yourself will resign. • They give only 2 to 3 % of increment in every 18 months not even in every year appraisal cycle. • During pandemic Covid-19 – They have not given appraisal consecutive 2 years stating that they are facing financial loss & also they push employees to come & work from their client location. • Ra-never promotes DCM as a brand; always do trading in all terms. • Vs-attend even if you have a meeting with the House keeping department – you can imagine how profitable this company is? • Don’t even think to Join DCM InfoTech – if you do then GOD bless you.
