      Pluspunten

      I never had to work outside business hours to complete my work. My team members were super-smart and dedicated to quality outputs. Job titles are not formal so there is flexibility and opportunity to define your title independently.

      Minpunten

      Employer only contributed towards employee insurance (no contribution toward family), so health insurance premiums are very high for employees with families. The owners are a husband and wife team and they don't always agree on business decisions so that makes it challenging (and awkward) from and employee point of view. No formal HR processes or employee training program was in place.

      Since the acquisition, the business model has shifted away from its skincare expertise toward a focus on selling primarily through Amazon. The new management team doesn’t have strong skincare experience, and communication has become fragmented, leading to more siloed operations. The strategic direction feels unclear, and many employees are uncertain about priorities and future plans.
