Bully boy management, offer "world class service, but skimp on an £80 agency so you can actually check the furniture to give a "world class service". Over work and over load warehouses to the point it's illegal to work in i.e block every fire exit with sofas stacked on the floor!! Told to get on with it!!!!!! Clowns
