They provided a decent salary, but drove away many good people when they shifted their focus to hiring in India.
Minpunten
Poor culture, which is surprising given they spent a lot of money on 3rd party consultants. I guess you can buy culture... Poor software design, not sure it is actually designed. They spent a lot of time writing design documents and without validating the designs start implementation, with predictable results (just not what was expected). No or very low pay increases (way below market and inflation)
