Does not promote their coaches to management positions. They prefer to hire outside the company for their management positions and the last time they did that, well lets just say it did not work out. Their solotion to replace the outside manager that did not work out, try to find someone outside the company again. They have several coaches that they use for managers when they need them, but when it comes time to promote, they choose to go outside. This is bad management and leads to poor morale for the site.
