2yThank you for your feedback. As one of the Directors, I can agree with a couple of these points and so let me take this chance to respond.:
Firstly, poor hiring decisions – we definitely made some and as we know, hiring is never an exact science.
Secondly, poor commission package (if you don’t make any sales!) Our commission package is considered to be one of the highest in the industry at 30% but this is based on consultants hitting target. If a consultant constantly bills zero month on month whilst still receiving a salary, then there won’t be any commission as they are costing the company money. It’s basic maths.
In response to other comments;
We currently work alongside three self-employed overseas resourcers who are very happy with their remuneration.
Micro-management - let’s not confuse this with leadership. A fully remote consultant needs to be accountable for their time and performance and similarly, we are accountable for supporting them in achieving their goals.
Favouritism – Employers will always like people that bring a positive work ethic to the business.
Ali Wallace – Ali leads a world-class team, working alongside the three, not four, aforementioned high-performing resourcers.
