Great people to work with. Enjoyed coming to work every day. Very hands on learning and people took time to help you with anything you needed help with.

Minpunten

The management team was horrible, no kind of rhyme or reason to what they were trying to do at all. Never listened to the employees about what changes would be great for the team.

Good benefit. Job security somehow.

Minpunten

A lot of politics. There is no enough money for traiining. Promotions are based on seniority and not necesary on skills, then you end up with a boss who has no management skills, witout a college degree and with a limited vision.
