Pluspunten

Great benefits (401K, PTO, Health benefits). Chance to learn multiple aspect of engineering within the office.

Minpunten

Felt like family but is growing away from that. Causing engineers to leave. Can go weeks or months without adequate work leaving engineers to use PTO. Unbalanced work/life balance. Lack of training for younger engineers at times.

DP Engineering produces very high quality engineering services in a relaxed yet professional environment.

Minpunten

You may gain weight. They bring in fruit, bagels, donuts - it's something all the time. Right now there is a giant chocolate cake in the break room. I'm going to need bigger pants.

The team at DP Engineering is a fine group of very smart people who are fun to work with and for. I cannot say enough good things about the company.

Minpunten

I can think of nothing that would be considered a con. There can be a lot of travel at times.
