Enticing incentives including over the top Christmas parties, catered food in office multiple times a week, and parties held throughout the year that are welcome to friends and family outside of the company.

Minpunten

The company politics throughout each department within the People Practices space is insufferable and felt by every member of the team- low to high. The idea of questioning existing processes could get you crucified. The overall aspect of "team" is non existent - this company is made of cliques. You will find amazing, highly skilled individuals here, but they all eventually leave due to the toxic work environment and lack of opportunity/ growth within the people practices group. There is no upward mobility. There is only a work you to burn out mentality and then replace you with the next incoming bright eyed soul. If you genuinely care about your job and want to make an impact- this company will surely affect your mental state in time. Proceed with caution.

We're really sorry you haven't had the experience we want our teammates to have, especially knowing you're working hard in the people space to provide a good one for the rest of our team. Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
