There are many pros of working in this company ranging from being a Professional & Friendly environment to reasonable pay and working in a safe environment.

The only negative I would have to say is that unfortunately there’s no travel allowances. It is not so bad when the job is nearby but it is inconvenient when there’s reasonable travel distance.

We think you have the wrong company, as Vigilant doesn’t have any employees in traffic control and is a proud Montreal-based firm. Nonetheless, we wish you much success in your current employment.
DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
