At DWM, we have a flat structure that encourages outward growth instead of upward. Advancing at DWM takes diligence and proper timing. Positions have to become available at the right time for the right individual. Sometimes this means quick advancement, sometimes it may not be as fast. Some individuals are very qualified for the position s/he occupies, but would not work in another role. We remain committed to putting the right people in the right positions for the best possible performance. Our growth into a second office in Florida in 2017 displays our success in this endeavor.
