We are saddened to see such a negative review as we strive to make DWM a great place to work! However, some of the information provided here has been misconstrued. We heartfully desire all employees to read and understand the Employee Handbook, which outlines our policy on Paid Time Off. Reviewing the handbook is a great way to understand company policies and can help avoid surprises after you put in your resignation. We do appreciate your feedback and plan to review the PTO policy in our next update cycle. In terms of the management, we would love to get more information on what some of the issues were that you encountered.
