      Nice office. Brand new Macs----no way I am ever going back to Windows. Chill atmosphere---everyone is really cool and you can wear whatever you want. If you're good at sales, you will love it. If you are lazy and want everything handed to you, then you will absolutely hate it. Give it 100% your first month and you are golden. Great opportunity for advancement. If you have something to contribute, they let you run with it. Ping pong table.

      The ping pong balls aren't regulation. How am I supposed to compete at a high level with regular ping pong balls? But seriously, you have to buy your own health insurance. But the pay is so good that I'd much rather do that than work at some scrub company and get a couple bucks off my PPO.

      I spent over five years at DYL and had a very positive experience. The company culture is strong, and the people are genuinely kind and supportive. I joined in a mid-level role and, over time, grew into a managerial and senior position, which speaks to the opportunities for growth within the company. Leadership is open to ideas and feedback, and if you’re proactive and willing to take initiative, there are real opportunities to expand your responsibilities, both in terms of compensation and the types of projects you work on. The CEO is open-minded and willing to take calculated risks when you bring thoughtful ideas backed by data. Overall, the team at DYL is excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
