I spent over five years at DYL and had a very positive experience. The company culture is strong, and the people are genuinely kind and supportive. I joined in a mid-level role and, over time, grew into a managerial and senior position, which speaks to the opportunities for growth within the company.
Leadership is open to ideas and feedback, and if you’re proactive and willing to take initiative, there are real opportunities to expand your responsibilities, both in terms of compensation and the types of projects you work on. The CEO is open-minded and willing to take calculated risks when you bring thoughtful ideas backed by data.
Overall, the team at DYL is excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
