I used to work for Darden, I left because I moved and recently returned to the company. They're a great company, they offer a lot of room for growth within the company. Corporate has a lot of ways for employees to reach out and get assistance.
Minpunten
The work can be grueling, but that's any restaurant. There are so many employees that it can be hard to "stand out." But that's the game I guess.
