Everything. Here is just a brief overview of what you would have to deal with: - no work life balance. Expect management to call you at all hours to complete task that can wait until the morning. They will call you on weekends. They will get a new position after work is over for the day and call you and ask you to recruit for it. -Are very racist. Will interrogate every candidate that is a minority or has an accent. They will accuse candidates of being "fake" because they are not white. -Are fire friendly. The do not train their employees and then expect them to be perfect. They will fire an employee if they make a mistake or need some development. If you work here, you have a good chance of being fired. -no office culture. No one talks to each other, and you are encourage to only work instead of make any conversation with coworkers.
