I met some very nice people who were helpful and encouraging. This was important because of the repetitiveness of the job itself.
Minpunten
Increased piece-rate and constant nagging about production rates caused me to have pain in my shoulder (carpal tunnel symptoms). Standing for 8-10 hours sometimes 6 days a week. HR not helpful and very slow to respond to inquiries. Overall bad management.
