- Onboarding was rock solid with so many peers offering help. - My direct manager and my CSM peers are super helpful and you can feel that they want you to succeed. - HR is checking in regularly to see if I need any help or if I have any concerns which I have never seen in any company before and it shows they care. - I am sure there are many more over time but after just 2 month time with DataRobot the above is what I can say so far.
